Welcome Fall

Welcome to the first blog of Distinctive Interior Designs. We'll cover many topics of interior design from flooring, lighting, color to furniture, fabrics, window treatments and more. I've been in the design business for 12 years and really enjoy the clients that I've had. I have an array of clients from those who merely want me to hang their artwork or arrange their bookshelves to elaborate window treatments and room design.

As Halloween and fall are here upon us it's fun to bring a few items from the outdoors in, such as beautiful tall twigs in a vase filled with cranberries for a center piece. Another simple way to warm up a space is to add a plush chenille throw in a beautiful fall color such as mocha, cranberry or plumb, and add a few pillows as well. What a quick, easy and inexpensive way to change your home for the season.
